The name "Yield" signifies a state of surrender, making way for positive change and dedicated service. The number "2" reflects our commitment to client-centered services, emphasizing cooperation and receptivity. In numerology, the number 2 is often seen as a sign from guardian angels to stay resilient, have faith, and never give up. Purpose, at Y2LP, is intricately linked to our vision for personal growth and living a fulfilling life.

Meet our Founder and Director, Joseph Rush Jr., a seasoned metaphysical practitioner, Reiki Master, graduate of the iPEC Institute Life Coach program, and spiritual advisor. Joseph brings a wealth of knowledge in healing modalities such as sound (binaural beats), candles, healing oils, and crystals. In 2018, he completed The Process of Awakening Training at the Karin Kabbalah Center, earning the title of Kabalistic Healer, also known as a soul physician. With awareness of various levels of healing—physical, emotional, and creative—Joseph holds a master's degree in Sociology and anticipates earning his EdD in Higher Education Leadership in 2025. He has over 20 years of experience in conducting and assisting in conducting social and behavioral research. He particularly enjoys and practices the teachings of Deepka Chopra, Wayne Dyer, Ken Weber, and Carl Jung.
